Dr Peter is a director, chaplain, accountant, NGO leader, strategic consultant & leadership researcher. Originally a corporate banker and investigative accountant, he now offers pastoral care and consults and advises on corporate governance, strategy, community commemorations, resilience, pastoral care, leadership, ethics, HR, inter-faith, allied-health, trauma care, conflict resolution and NGO development. 20 years ago, after 25 years as a senior banker, people leader, senior investigating accountant, board strategist and company director, Peter was ordained. Leading pastoral care initiatives to the vulnerable incl. the homeless and veterans across Australia is important to him. Peter supports various veteran organisations. He sits or has sat on or chaired boards, management committees and government statutory authorities (health, community care, education, finance and housing) and established and chaired a board audit Committee and sat on 4 other board audit/finance committees. Peter researches, teaches, and publishes in areas such as: ‘values at work', humility, veterans care, human resilience, ethics, business strategy, pastoral care, leadership development and organisational culture.
