Experienced in Radiology and Artificial Intelligence, Digital Health, Science and Public Health. I qualified as a consultant radiologist with a strong interest in public health (Master in Public Health, Harvard, USA). For several years, I was the head of the oncologic imaging department at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich. During my time in academia, I published more than eighty peer-reviewed articles in radiology, public health and neuroscience. Further, I am an enthusiast of entrepreneurship and founded two digital health companies: the Smart Reporting GmbH, an innovative digital health start-up based in Munich which revolutionizes medical reporting by an AI-based software as well as Planerio GmbH, an AI-based automated scheduling software for the healthcare sector.
