I oversee placement activities for IT and Management students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses from six prestigious private and government universities in the western zone. These universities include ADYPU in Pune, ITM Vocational University in Vadodara, RTM Nagpur University, NKC in Mumbai, and SAGE University in Indore and Bhopal. My role at iNurture Education Solutions Pvt. Ltd. involves ensuring successful career launches for our students by building strategic partnerships with leading companies and providing personalized guidance throughout the recruitment process.
My role as a Corporate Communication professional involves maximizing exposure for management students in the corporate sector. I achieve this through a range of activities such as guest lectures, panel discussions, seminars, industrial visits, HR meets, CXO meets, internships, and final placements. These initiatives provide valuable opportunities for students to interact with industry experts, gain practical knowledge, and establish connections. By facilitating these experiences, I aim to equip management students with the skills and exposure needed for a successful career in the corporate world.
