I am a researcher and consultant working at the intersection of organisational change, sustainability, and communication. My aim is to support people and organisations in contributing to a more just and regenerative future with a special focus on employee activism and science/climate communication. My focus areas: 🌱 Organisational Change for Sustainability: Supporting companies to transform, especially empowering employees and middle management to drive change from within. 🧩 Science and Climate&Nature Communication: Strengthening science communication by addressing misinformation and countering science denial, and supporting effective strategies to spark agency to act by communicating scientific insights and creating narratives that speak to the head, heart and hand. 🗣️ Participation and Public Dialogue: Designing formats for large-group conversations, citizens' assemblies, and public engagement to bridge political and social divides and drive democratic transitions. ✨ Innovation and Purpose in Activism: Supporting those who seek to act for social and ecological justice in finding purpose, building projects, and developing creative approaches for change.
