As Head of Product for Platform Infrastructure, I am driving the vision of the entire engineering experience within Zalando, from setting up their development environment until running and monitoring their services. Together with my Product Management team, I am responsible for understanding how we enable Zalando engineers to easily find all products they need to build efficiently impactful services. Together with my stakeholders, we develop a scalable strategy to reduce development pain points and minimize the operational costs of our infrastructural services. Furthermore, I am identifying and prioritizing the process efficiency/cost levers across fields like code environments, continuous deployment setup, run environments, operational and monitor services and quality & incident management.
