- Scaled APAC CS org to manage, retain and expand our footprint across APJ with teams based in Singapore, Australia and India - Own the APAC scaled CS strategy, designing digital engagement programs to support SMB, mid-market and ENT customers across multiple markets - Build and optimise lifecycle journeys (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion) using data-driven segmentation and automation - Develop and execute QBR-lite and digital success motions to deliver value at scale - Advocate for regional customer needs within global CS leadership, influencing roadmap and operational priorities
