I am a talent leader, recruiter, and people strategist with over a decade of experience building high-performing teams across some of the world's most innovative technology companies, including OpenAI, Meta, Uber, Yahoo, and Coupang. My expertise spans executive and technical recruiting, organizational scaling, leadership hiring, and talent strategy. Throughout my career, I have partnered with senior leaders to build teams ranging from emerging startups to global organizations, hiring across engineering, product, AI/ML, infrastructure, safety, policy, operations, and executive leadership functions. Most recently, I supported hiring efforts across Applied AI, Compute, AI Safety, and AI Policy at OpenAI, helping scale teams working on some of the most important advancements in artificial intelligence. Prior to OpenAI, I led recruiting initiatives at Meta across E5–E7 leadership and technical talent, and at Coupang, where I partnered on E8 and E9 executive-level hiring.
