Consulted fortune 500 sports apparel company in the role of a Data Analytics Manager during their full data infrastructure transition and migration from Teradata to AWS Athena and Snowflake. Translated business requirements to technical requirements for the data product using data profiling and data analysis. Performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) building liaison between engineering team and stakeholders Identified root cause and resolved numerous issues raised on ServiceNow within the SLA time during the Hypercare Support post product go live helping the team fix the code as well as update the upstream teams on the fix required.
