More than 15 years of industry experience working on the agency side of the industry. I have navigated both the soft and hard markets of the ever-evolving insurance marketplace. I scour the insurance marketplace to come up with creative solutions for clients. In addition, I work as the director of operations to ensure the successful operation of a full service retail insurance agency.
• Work directly with the President and VP’s of the agency to ensure the best experience for the customer • Submit new and renewal business to potential markets to ensure that customers commercial insurance needs are met • Negotiate with insurance company underwriters to ensure adequate insurance coverage at the most competitive price • Compare year to year insurance premiums to reflect increases / decreases • Prepare annual proposals
• Work directly with the Regional Vice President to ensure the proper support of a productive team of sales professionals • Assist the sales team with proposals • Assist in gathering and inputting data for a proprietary assessment used to acquire new business, including face to face interviews of end users • Work directly with the sales department to complete the necessary paperwork to secure a sale from initial commitment to the delivery / acceptance of the end product • Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with the customer and appropriate internal departments • Train end users on the products sold • Coordinate Annual Technology trade show with internal departments, vendors and clients to ensure positive attendance and pleasurable experience for all
