*Plan daily activities for the production teams. *Keep staff levels within budgeted hours. *Ensure plant safety programs are followed. *Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments. *Understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management and/or the safety office. *Working with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and designing new ones. *Inform the Quality Manager about the detected deviations and incidences during the process. *Training new employees on processes and policies to ensure effective operations.
*Reception, analysis, pre-clarification and storage of must. *Sensory and analytical monitoring of fermentation. *Tasks in the day to day business of the cellars. *Participation in all necessary documentation work.
*Lead and manage a team of production workers, delegating tasks and providing training and support as needed. *Oversee the production process,ensuring that it runs smoothly in accordance with specifications,food safety,HACCP,GMP and others. *Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste. *Maintain accurate daily records and documentation related to production processes and team performance like SAP, production records, stocks and other.
