Professional with over 20 years as entrepreneur, marketing & events specialist. After 13 yrs as an employee and professor, I set up a family business with my husband, a well reviewed wine bar, whose operation was sold to a restaurant chain in 2023. Apart from notable achievements such as awards, high rated events, client's reliable testimonials, my major learnings and responsibility were pursuing business's goals and growth with an emphasis on shaping our value proposition. I experienced to be a leader of multidisciplinary team (20people) and services providers; manage corporate clients; promote projects that generate positive results for the image, reputation and obviously, revenues. Aside form my 7yrs as business owner, I've worked previously in marketing and corporate communication companies in Porto Alegre (BR) and London (UK). Experienced in depth strategic communications planning, events' sponsorship & partnerships, events activation, product design & launch campaigns. I'm proud to say that I delivered meaningful outcomes for clients and brands across multiple sectors and markets. Among piers, I'm recognised for relentless work ethic and ability to develop collaborative relationships, and continuous improvement mindset. Finally, I'm a delighted mother of three incredible kids: Constanza, Gonzalo & Florença - my true essence and passion.
On of my greatest accomplishment within my 20 professional years was to set up my own business. Vineria1976 was a wine bar inspired in the 1976 Judgment of Paris, an event that completely changed the wine industry by introducing "New World" wines in the spot. Since we opened our doors in 2015, our true essence was to offer an easy, relax, friendly way to experience wine. Our wine list was curated by a Brazilian wine producer, René Moura, who was also a business partner, and our menu was inspired by multiple wine regions terroir. By the end of 2022, we received an offer to sell the operation for a restaurant chain, which we did. In rough numbers, we welcomed about 2.000-2.500 clients monthly, plus events within our private Tasting Room (which accommodated up to 50pax). Within over these 7 incredible years, here are some happy partnerships and projects: 🍷 Vinho na Praça: Open air event dedicated exclusively to Brazilian Wine. There were 3 editions (sponsor by player and the Government). Aprox. 6.000 attended each event. 🍷 Terroir 1976: During COVID lockdown we promoted a menu & wine pairing service to delivery. Each week, we set up a menu based on different wine region/country. 🍷 Vinho + Vinil: Our wine fair with live vinyl mix sound. 🍷 Pop Up Cyrela Porsche: An year pop up wine bar together with Cyrela within their high end Porsche inspired sales center. 🍷 Private Tasting Room: Over 300 events (from 2021 onwards) happened within our wine bar. Aside from weddings, birthdays, we hosted a great amount of business meetings - Dell; L'Oreal; GSK, Belmond Hotels; YPO to name a few. Finally, I'm also very happy to lista numerous social actions we engaged: > Donation of utensils, equipment to the Pão dos Pobres gastronomy course > 2 years of Amigos Boa Causa - a dish revenue reverted to Santa Casa Hospital > 5 years Wine Class Pink October funds destined for IMAMA_RS > Over 800 meals donated to homeless community during the pandemic (via Cozinheiros do Bem)
The Multimedia Planning department, which I coordinate, was responsible for delivering the major cross media projects of the Grupo RBS (one of the largest multimedia communications companies in Brazil). We worked under a three-dimensional structure: tailor made strategic and media planning by a brief via client or media agency; proposing new businesses opportunities based on researches and studies; historical projects within Grupo RBS' platforms (digital, television, radio and newspaper) I deal closely with local clients, media agencies, as well as national/global brands via RBS' office in SP. So far, major accomplishment are Grupo RBS: Liga dos Fanáticos (cross media project of 2014 World Cup - main sponsors were Fiat, Santander, Pepsi and GVT) and Peneirinha P&G (teens football competition). My team was composed by four analysts and two interns.
