• Align business objectives with the People strategy on a Global scale by providing strategic HR leadership and guidance to Senior management. • Independently drive Talent Management initiatives fostering organizational change and streamline processes, such as Performance Management, Organizational Design, Competency and Career Framework, etc. • Implement HR best practices, resulting in increased operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate closely with senior management to deliver tailored solutions for complex People related challenges (e.g. RTO policies, Misconduct, Conflict Management, Performance issues, Engagement, etc). • Work in close collaboration with the VP PBP to enable the formulation of a comprehensive People Strategy and Tech HR Priorities by understanding the Tech department's business strategy and challenges. • Lead and participate in HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget (e.g. implementing a new learning program for new leaders). • Strong understanding of the business to make informed decisions and provide effective HR solutions. • Ability to manage change effectively and drive change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
• Business Partner for the Finance Group, Public Policy Group and the People & Culture Organization to drive all HR related topics in these units; Interim coverage for the Tech & Product groups from September to December 2022. • First point of contact for the business. Provide advice and coach TIER’s senior and mid management in all people related topics. • Build and take ownership of the Business Partnering processes and constantly improve ways of working, ensuring efficiency in how the team operates • Closely work with the rest of the P&C organization to contribute and shape relevant People processes and programs, such as Reward, Performance Management, Career Path, Succession Planning, etc. • Drive a solution oriented approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees (partner with legal team as needed). • Have a good understanding of the business hiring needs and partnering with TA to ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process. • Constantly working with senior and mid management on engagement and retention strategy and action planning and execution.
• Support in driving and executing the Global Tech & Ops business and firm-wide Talent agenda. • Partner with aligned HRBPs to project manage and execute Talent Practices and other key initiatives, including advising clients, creating client ready materials and reports, providing analytics and insights and ensuring accurate data in systems. • Documenting, planning, developing, and executing upcoming strategic and innovative programs and platforms, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning peers to various deliverables. • Provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for the needs of clients throughout HR processes. • Lead HR initiatives and deliverables with an eye toward identifying opportunities to achieve greater consistency, scale, efficiency and quality. • Create reports, analyze and present relevant metrics and insights to Business Leaders to drive strategic decision making. • Serve as point of contact to managers in problem solving Talent issues; provide consultative support and advisory services. • Subject matter expert on BlackRock HR’s tools, processes and team interdependencies across all areas of the HR (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Compensation, Mobility, Legal and Finance).
• Project Management of learning, talent and performance initiatives ensuring delivery with maximum business impact across EMEA and globally at times. • Own & deliver Professional Development (PD), foundational learning, and onboarding (in person & virtual) across EMEA offices and, globally at times, ensuring high levels of understanding, participation and engagement. • Lead the PD strategy for EMEA, working closely with the HRBPs and the Business to understand the needs and maximize impact. As result, there was a great growth of interest from employees and extremely positive feedback from the business and relevant stakeholders. • Deliver and facilitate in person sessions across EMEA, on a weekly basis, for one of the major company wide initiatives (Knowing BLK Core – Focused on Culture, Engagement, and Learning & Development of employees, all levels). • Deliver in person Train the Trainers sessions across the business and different seniority levels for EMEA based employees. • Partner with the regional and global Talent Management team to develop and implement Development Programs and initiatives that align with the overall Talent and Diversity agenda and drive the growth of the business. • Utilize analytics and qualitative data to inform design and decision making around talent and learning programs. • Consult with HRBPs and business leaders, tailor content and roll out solutions based on business-specific learning needs. Leverage content from across learning teams and take a balanced approach to development. • Manage and maintain relationships with external facilitators and training providers. Assess and select new vendors as required. • Coordinate with Talent Management Operations across the globe to ensure successful and efficient program delivery. • Participate in Strategic & ad hoc projects across talent management as needed, such as lead the review and revamp of the Parental Leave Program in order to enhance employee experience, engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow up on company HR policies and procedures for around 450 employees. • Drive HR initiatives and proactively give HR support within the business or across GDC to help meet business objectives. • Strategic planning and implementation of a new employee engagement program, based on Employee Journey and Empathy Mapping. • Design and implement a Career Path and a Leadership Development Program for the supported unit, in partnership with the L&D Team. • Coach employees and managers on performance management, ensuring high quality of the process. • Regular coaching of managers in HR related topics; Provide support in disciplinary and capability issues. • Perform attrition analysis by reviewing exit interviews and investigating causes, subsequently implementing retention strategies. • Coordinate employee satisfaction survey and ensure that the results are discussed and followed up effectively by the business. • Provide consultation on questions related to the Hungarian Labor Code to ensure compliance. • Provide data and insights for compensation processes; Coordinate and ensure transparent communication on promotion and salary review. • Actively participate in the selection process for new leaders; Support the development of the leadership team and high-potential individuals. • Maintain complete documentation for all employees, ensuring 100% legal compliance; Participate in and provide data for audits as required.
• Oversee benefits administration for approximately 150 expatriate employees, offering guidance through TCS tools, processes, and collaboration with various support functions. • End-to-end organization of company events (e.g. Christmas Party, Picnic, etc.) including communication campaign, budget planning & management, Vendors and invoice Management; Close partnership with the Employer Branding team to deliver events in line with our EVP. • Guarantee the implementation of Health and Safety Environment initiatives at GDC level; Represent HR in HSE internal and external audits. • Ensure Occupational Health Care compliance at GDC level. • Manage Background Check Process for the GDC as required. • Produce reports and analyses on relevant topics in accordance with specified requirements for presentation to the GDC Leadership Team. • Manage internal referral program, reward process, and job advertisements with various vendors; Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in different tasks, including representing TCS at Job Fairs and sourcing and recruiting AIESEC interns.
