I began doing advance on the 1992 presidential campaign. I was a coordinator for the Presidential Inaugural Parade, event planner and scheduler to a Cabinet Secretary, a Congressman running for US Senate, and the President, Vice President, First Lady, in addition to my role in the White House Press Office, and for the Clinton Foundation. I have worked all over the US and the world from rural settings to Paris to Seoul to Banda Aceh Indonesia to Rwanda. In these travels, I've planned and executed presidential trips with delegations of 100 senior leaders, to detailing every step from when the plane lands to when it takes off. This advance work involves coordinating with internal staff, media, foreign governments, NGOs, nonprofits, law enforcement, hotel management, catering, major corporations. The events range from international speeches with interpreters to large campaign rallies, to political conventions, media interviews and press conference, to black-tie galas, to disaster recovery areas, to White House events, to factory tours, book signings, museum receptions, organizing motorcades, chartered planes.
