Currently employed at Apple, I bring practical insights into user interactions, drawing from my experience as a speaker and my degree in Product Design. As part of the team at Apple, our focus is on providing a great user experience and ensuring that our conversations and interactions remain consumer-centric. My education and experience sharpen my competencies in project management, presenting skills, team building and creative design. This enables me to contribute effectively to our store's operations. As well as being employed at Apple, I am also a freelance speaker. I have found that there’s a need to impart truth and encouragement to people in all walks of life. With mental health problems being at their highest, I aim to impart encouragement, healing and understanding within every person I speak to.
