Currently I am in 4th year btech and now I focused myself on learning well means to learn single thing but to advance level at a time.
1. Developed project schedules using MS Project (MSP) and monitored progress through weekly DPR tracking and monthly snap report across multiple projects. 2. Prepared DPRs with detailed information such as activity timelines, manpower data, critical issues, material stock, Hindrance and Delay Matrix. 3. Coordinated with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely project execution. 4. Monitored construction activities on-site to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. 5. Conducted quality inspections, verified RA Bills, reviewed MIRs, and performed necessary tests to check quality. 6. Ensured site safety compliance through HSE inductions, Permit-to-Work systems (General, Height, Hot Work), and regular toolbox talks.
Engaged in preparing drawing of RCC structure like Footing, Column, Beam and Slab. Prepared Bar Bending Scheduling as per Detailing and Specification given in drawing. Prepare 2D Plan, Elevation and Section View of Building up to G+2 Storey. Also worked on 3D modelling Part of the building using appropriate Rendering and Texturing as per Construction Guidelines given by Client.
Conducted Financial Risk Assessment for 10 MW Solar Power Plant Project in Jaisalmer, RJ Analyzed risk profiling, impact, and probability as part of the assessment Developed a comprehensive Risk Mitigation plan for the project Ensured risk mitigation measures implemented throughout the project lifecycle
Completed training modules and assessments to strengthen proficiency in AutoCAD tools and commands. It provided hands-on experience on 2D & 3D drafting in AutoCAD.
