About

I believe the next era of intelligence will not be defined by the machines we build but by how well we understand ourselves while building them. That's what I call Humanist Superintelligence. I'm an economist and AI strategist working at the intersection of enterprise transformation, the agentic economy, and the coming convergence of AI and quantum computing. My thesis: AI and quantum are not parallel tracks. They are the same track — each one unlocking the other. The organizations that internalize this now will lead the next decade of compute, capital, and human possibility. Over the past year, I stepped back from the corporate ladder intentionally — to research, write, and think at a deeper level. I'm currently writing a book on the economics of intelligence and human agency in an AGI world. I built a public voice on agentic AI, intelligence abundance, and quantum-classical compute architecture. I attended events at MIT, Harvard, and the World Economic Forum — not as a spectator, but as someone with something to say. Before that, I was in the arena: At Lumentum Holdings, I led an enterprise OpenAI GPT-RAG implementation closing the gap between AI potential and real business value. At Volvo Group, I helped build Dr. Volvo, an AI-powered diagnostic product that redefined intelligent service in the automotive industry. My foundation is cross-disciplinary: an economics degree, a STEM MBA from Simon Business School (University of Rochester), and years operating across manufacturing, photonics, and enterprise software in the Americas and Europe. I'm trilingual — English, Spanish, Portuguese. I'm now looking for my next chapter: a role where strategy, AI, and big-picture thinking matter — and where the question isn't just "what can AI do?" but "what should we build, and why?" → Writing & brand: Website: pricapa.com | IG: @pri_ricapa AI Product Strategy & Roadmapping · LLM / RAG / GPT Deployment · Enterprise AI Governance · Go-to-Market Execution · ROI Modeling & Econometric Analysis · Executive Decision Frameworks · Competitive & Market Intelligence · Cross-Functional Leadership · Change Management & Adoption · Finance & Operations (CFO-level) · BI & Advanced Analytics · Trilingual: EN / ES / PT
