I joined Epsilon in 2011 when it was an up and coming Direct Marketing Agency (IDMA winners 2 years running). Between 2011 and 2014, our little company of 24 tripled in size. During those three years I helped grow our creative team for 8 to over 30. We worked with brands like PrePayPower, taking them from a small utility to the leading pre pay electricity provider. We rebranded Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, sold insurance for 123.ie, created an identity for hello.ie, managed several Dell campaigns, launched Molson Canadian in Ireland and created a new brand for the then emerging craft beer market called ‘The Craft Collection’. In 2012, I was the lead Creative and a key client contact for Google. I managed a team of copywriters, designers and developers, creating effective campaigns for Google AdWords global communications. This involved redesigning email and DM templates, creating education paths for on boarding customers and segmenting messages. Developing the ‘Tone of Voice’ and mapping and visualising the entire customer lifecycle. In addition, I created several successful campaigns for Google Partners and AdWords Xpress. In 2014, Acorn joined the Epsilon family. Epsilon are the first of a new breed of agencies, harnessing rich data, groundbreaking technologies, engaging creative and transformative ideas to get the results our clients require. With 60 office around the world, Dublin became the the EMEA hub and our creative team was responsible for the rebrand of the entire company. Since then I have managed a team, creating brand assets from company video’s, workshops, internal comms, designing and building playbooks for sales teams to promote our company’s products. This year we’ve created local country sites in EMEA and we’ve branded a new division of the company, EpsilonHeath.
