Project Title: Assessment of Graduate Income Index of non-agricultural background one-year alumni (as a part of ICAR-NAHEP M&E project) •Calculating the GII for non-agricultural background one-year alumni based on a set of perceptual, remuneration and aspirational benefits- Developing an analytical framework •Comparing the GII for non-agricultural graduates to that of agricultural graduates of ICAR-NAHEP and assess the effectiveness of NAHEP in producing employable graduates with higher income levels •Assessing the effectiveness of university’s career services and job placement programs for non-agriculture background alumni •Developing a robust data collection mechanism from non-agriculture background alumni for the coming years of the project
Project Title: Study of Consumer Behaviour in Purchasing Biological Products in Haryana and Punjab •Assessment of farmers’ intent towards Crop Solution Kit and price propensity towards buying such kits •Assessment of acceptance of farmers towards the use of digital platforms for buying Agri-inputs and making an upfront payment •Analyzing the competition price spread across distributors, retailers and farmers across Mycorrhiza, NPK Consortium, Multi Micronutrients and Biostimulants and the factors influencing farmers’ buying behaviour for Biological Products
Project Title: Outcome-focused Economic analysis and Impact assessment of Call 1 and Call 2 IDP and CAAST sub-projects under ICAR-NAHEP 1) Conducting Economic analysis and Impact study of various activities, outputs and outcomes of 17 Call 1 & 10 Call 2 sub-projects awarded to partner AUs under NAHEP- IDP & CAAST components 1a) Estimating the actual & potential impacts (tangible and intangible) and economic benefits at each sub-project level and overall NAHEP level with the help of expanded Theory of Change (ToC) Framework 1b) Conducting End-line Monitoring & Evaluation survey (at 6 partner AUs) based on “Before and After” impact assessment for capturing data against the outcome indicators and then correlating the findings with global studies and assumptions- running data analysis and sharing insights. 2) Developing case studies- “What works” & “What doesn’t work” and sharing best practices
