One of the leading MNC in Telecom Network Implementation. Implementation manager Adroitly handling and implementing Gujarat 2G BSNL turnkey project. Coordinating with owner Management, client, vendors, contractors with support from planning, costing, engineering etc and tracking the project status. Handling O&M activity for 2G as well as 3G BSNL project. Monitoring PO (Purchase Order) for all Subcons. Monitored & handled 3G BSNL project till Apr 10. Accountable for providing quality standards for operational areas, Lead efforts in developing executing best practices & standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence. Formulating operational strategies for the quality function by carrying out long term and short term quality planning in line with the organization requirements, ensuring proper facilities across the units and projects for smooth operations.
Handled & implemented project plans in consultation with Nokia & Project Team Members, resource management. Handled Maharashtra circle for both project Nokia Bharti account & Nokia Vodafone account. Maintained updated report of projects and reporting the same to Zonal Office. Responsible for obtaining sign off from the client at all stages of the project. Prepared DPR regarding the Projects development, monitored PO (purchase order) associated work done in different Circle from the customer.
Handled all circles of the client project in Maharashtra, MP, Kolkata, Haryana, U.P. (W) & Bihar. Successfully implemented project plan, handled end to end project coordination in consultation with NOKIA and Project Team Member and interfaced with owner Management, client, vendors, contractors with support from planning, costing, engineering etc. Held responsible for getting PO (purchase order), maintaining DPR (Daily Progress Report) and reporting to the senior management on the overall development of the project.
