• Deliver annual Financial Targets – Sales. • Responsible for Business Development for North Zone ( New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Amritsar) • Through demonstrated business and thought leadership, be(come) preferred category management partner of retailer(s) enabling them to exceed their Financial Objectives – Sales, Profit, Inventory etc. • Customer Development - Provide Leadership in developing the overall Business Relationship with buyers in key targeted accounts. • Participate in Top to Top joint business planning with customer. • Planning & Implementation of customized promotions, POS material. • Educating the Salon owner, Kérastase Ambassadors & staff about the product attributes & services. • Develop, sell, execute, and evaluate business plans to exceed financial objectives. • Demonstrating analytic capability – turning raw data into actionable customer insights. • Sell-in/executing strategies to improve distribution, shelving, merchandising while ensuring our brands are within their proper pricing corridors. • Having track record of collaborating and working with a cross-functional team (Account Executives,Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Market, Strategy and Planning) • Becoming preferred category management partner of retailer. • Effectively using shelf promotional displays / programs to drive impulse purchase and take advantage of seasonality. • Execute perfectly in-store with direct responsibility for retail and merchandising.
1. Handling 90 Premium outlets and taking care of Sales and Marketing. 2. Responsible for developing a quarterly calendar of Trade marketing activities. 3. Tracking and monitoring performance of 90 Key Accounts through regular information gathering and analysis. 4. Primary responsibility for sales of all Key Accounts (with focus on Luxury + Premium +brands) with respect to increase in market share and volume. 5. Ensuring availability of brands at the outlets. 6. Enhance the prominence / visibility of the brand by looking into appropriate physical placement of the brand such that it influences the buying pattern of the consumer. 7. Establish high recall at the outlets; giving spot offers to enhance sales. 8. Executing local events, brand promotions and activation's. 9. To execute and propose new innovative methods to promote the Brands. 10. To create a Brand Experience, To induce Excitement for the Brand by way of associating with Big ticket Events and Activation's like Signature Premier Fashion Week, Mirchi Queen Bee etc.
