On a mission to revolutionise the way software is designed and developed! I'm particularly interested in Compilers, Static Analysis, Type Systems and Programming languages, but have a broad skill set across backends, databases, and languages. Previous work includes five years at Google working in Privacy and Security, internships at Facebook and Microsoft and a brief stint tutoring advanced C++ at UNSW. My undergrad major was Computer science and focused on Artificial Intelligence.
I tutored First Year Computer Science covering Data Structures, Algorithms and Programming and Debugging Techniques and later tutored two classes in the Advanced C++ course covering the language features and benefits of C++, particularly the usage of the standard library.
I had a great experience working on automatic spam detection with the Anti-Spam team at Facebook. I learnt a lot about processing Big Data, scalable Machine Learning techniques and spam. I'd love to recommend Interning with Facebook, working with Sagar Patel was lovely and the rest of the team was very helpful and inviting.
