1. Reviewing customer drawings, plans, technical specifications and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them. (Hydraulic Power Units). 2. Work with the customers for designing of the systems (HPU) based on their application and get the deviations approved technically wherever required. 3. Prepare costing and submission of complete proposal (including BOM, hydraulic circuit and other backup documents) to Sales team for further process. 4. Component selection such as type of pump, size of pump, electric motor, pressure control valves, directional control valves, flow control valves, proportional valves, Piston accumulator stations, Bladder & diaphragm accumulators, transmitters (SMART & HART), pipe dimensioning and other hydraulic components. 5. Co-ordination with suppliers to get techno-commercial offer, cost negotiation, design development and approvals, monitoring during manufacturing execution, FAT at supplier’s place to ensure the product quality. 6. Support to Project department during execution of orders. This majorly includes alternative product selection when originally selected product delivery is delaying the project execution. 7. Handling Retrofit Enquiry for replacement existing systems & support Service engineers.
1. Analyzing the customer’s inquiry of Hydraulic system and its applications. 2. Design complete hydraulic system by calculating power, Flow, Pressure, Piping etc. 3. Selection of Hydraulic elements + Electrical diagnostics to design energy efficient hydraulic system. 4. Capable of handling Projects by selecting different make of components like Atos, Rexroth, Sun-USA, Voith, Nachi, Polyhydron, Yuken, Dowty, Vivoil, Veljan, Hydroline, Hydac, Epe, Olaer etc. 5. Provide techno-commercial offer to customer and finalize the order. 6. After getting the purchase order communicate with other departments and guide for any application related issues or problems or query at each stage of manufacturing. 7. Handling spares inquiry of SUN-USA and NACHI-JAPAN products.
