ARMY BRAT exploring the CORPORATE WORLD. I was born and brought up as a Fauji Kid. My core and moral values come from the Army background in which I have spent all my teenage years. It was definitely not an easy path to walk upon. Every year I remember saying adieu to many near ones only to be replaced by new ones, which has made me flexible with people. Diligent and hard work are some traits that were hard wired into me. It might have something to do with me being a sportsperson and the discipline that came with it. Pratik has total 6.5+ years of experience in IT industry. His expertise lies in: • Working in Salesforce Administration and Development (mainly Sales and Service Cloud models), high level of customizations and various configurations. • Creating various custom applications where he is well versed with playing around different objects, fields, validation rules and automating them with the power of workflows, process builders and flows. Some of the traits he is honed follows Problem Solving Skills, Management, Organized Way of working, Time Management and definitely a Self Learner. One of the thing he strongly believes is " Don't lose HOPE and Never give up " because after every dusk, a new ray of opportunity and hope is awaiting for you.
It was a pleasure to closely associate and work with the Technical space of Indian Army. The amount of knowledge and practical hands-on gained to study and work internally on BMP-2(Indian Army Tank) was really incredible.
