I live a double life with a single mission: fixing broken experiences so they never break again. By day I drive friction free Customer Experience for Amazon across continents. By night and (sometimes) weekends I support my life partner in building and scaling Athena Dermatology Clinic from the ground up. I speak three languages fluently: Data, Strategy, and Customer Obsession. My background is not a straight line. It is a calculated (at least that’s what I think!) scatter plot. I started as a Civil Engineer and stumbled into Analytics. I then helped a SaaS start-up (now a listed firm) scale across 10+ countries and in the process learned the brutal art of going from zero to one fast. Took a break to get my MBA from INSEAD. Now I bridge the gap between massive corporate structures and nimble start-up operations, and try to learn more about medical aesthetics as a hobby. I firmly believe that whether you are shipping millions of packages or treating a single patient, the experience you offer is the only product that really matters. Outside of work, my life is a study in irony. I am a TEDx speaker who still battles massive stage fright, and an aspiring stand-up comic who now specializes in daily work stand-up calls instead. I used to be an avid reader, with particular interest in business strategy and self-help books, but that has been taken over by my kids' bedtime story books. But that's good, as I can now talk about emerging AI trends and The Gruffalo or Dog Man with equal ease!
