Working as Infrastructure Architect who is primarily responsible for Architecture and Design of entire Reb Bee Media IT Infrastructure including Red Bee Media Identity and access management (IAM) landscape. This role involves interaction with multiple stakeholders including RBM clients, Project teams, Enterprise Architects, Security team, Delivery teams and different suppliers in order to create the Architecture and Design artifacts including HLD and LLD for new projects/solution integration and implementation.
Worked as IAM Architect who is primarily responsible for Infrastructure Design, Architecture, Implementation and Migration of IDAM/IAM and Infrastructure services including Windows server Active Directory, ADFS, AZURE AD, Application onboarding to Azure, Azure SSO and conditional access, CyberArk Privileged Access Management (including CyberArk Core PAS, applications/infra onboarding to PAM and REST API integration modules) and CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager(EPM), Certificate services/PKI, RSA, Direct Access, Quest IAM products & Symantec AV. Understanding business needs, analyze the probable solutions and report back to European director was part of the job. Day to day activities includes Implementation, Migration of Windows servers environment to Azure Cloud platform. Helped KPMG to close their on premise datacenters by setting up new/like to like infrastructure for multiple hybrid services hosted on legacy datacenters. Daily task includes resolution of user/server incidents in multi domain environment as system administrator, Managing IT services, handling Change requests creation & implementation, problem investigation, Critical issues & escalation handling, Build of new servers & Application upgrades, migration of services to different platform (On premise to Azure) & across Datacenters.

Primarily worked on Windows server 2003/2008 , Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, VMware, File servers, Print servers Administration/installation/migration. Main activities involve Troubleshooting server issues, resolving incidents for servers/users/enclosures in multi domain environment, creating change requests & implement them, problem investigation, P2V, DFS creation/management, communication with resolver teams,failover clustering, network load balancing, third parties (HP/BTE/Acronis etc) & client, Installing & administrating Acronis backup & recovery tool for taking images to recover servers in Disaster recovery which is also part of preparation of DR rehearsals. Creating server patching plan across estate & implement on scheduled dates, troubleshooting server issues locally in data center, creating artifacts. Strong hands on experience in HP, DELL, IBM & blade servers. Worked in out of office hours whenever required.
