1. Core member of the Digital eCommerce team with focus on B2C, B2B strategy and products. 2. Led efforts to multiply transaction growth and increased system availability. 3. Conducted market research and competitive analysis to chart Go-To-Market strategy. 4. Managed the Prepaid Card system and rolled out multiple product features across Travel and Domestic portfolios.
Developed mobile and tablet applications on iOS and Android for Samsung signage solutions along with defining customer experience across these apps. 1. Delivered on code and architecture related changes on Hybrid mobile applications. 2. Designed and developed application on iOS which streamed content on DLNA enabled devices. 3. Carried out research on Near Field Communication (NFC) based solutions which integrated with Samsung appliances.
