Designed Suspension of the current All Terrain Vehicle for BAJA SAE 2017. Included various improvements in the transmission and the mounting design of the Suspension assembly. Customized the gearbox by coupling it directly to CVT eliminating clutch system. Designed a gear shifting mechanism for the gearbox in which the shifting takes place by a simple rotation of a lever. Design Electronically Controlled Air Suspension System(ECAS)for holding ability on rough terrain surface using PID(Proportional Derivative Integral Controller) tuning Method.
Studied various sections of steel manufacturing plant and get to know about various stages and processes involved in steel manufacturing. Various sections like RMHP, Coke oven Plant, Sinter Plant, Blast Furnace Shop, SMS and CC Plant, Merchant Mill and Skelp Plant, Wheel and Axle plant, CEM Plant.
Studied various sections of Thermal Power Plant and get to know about various stages and processes in which heat energy is converted to electric power.Various sections like Coal & Ash Circuit, Air & Gas Circuit, Feed Water & Steam Circuit, Cooling Water Circuit.Cooling Tower, ESP, Boiler, Turbine, Condenser, CEP Plant, D/A Plant, BF Plant, DM Water Plant.
