First 5 Deposit Analysis: Optimized deposit journey and bonus code strategy to improve player monetization. Increased 2nd deposit users from 29% → 34% and 5th deposit users from 14% → 18%, while boosting promocode usage, resulting in higher ARPU, gameplay metrics, and NGR. New VIP User Segmentation: Implemented K-means clustering to segment users into new VIP categories based on their recent activity on platform. Used engagement metrics, revenue metrics, and skill scores to form clusters replacing earlier revenue-only metrics segmentation which resulted into better monetization, retention, and marketing efficiency by categorizing users into behavior-based clusters. Sentiment Analysis & Fake Review Detection: Automated collection of 100K+ Google Play reviews using Selenium. Preprocessed data using NLTK libraries to remove stopwords, punctuations, and other irrelevant terms and conducted sentiment analysis with TextBlob to extract user concerns and developed a rule-based model to detect fake reviews. Removed ~20% competitor fake reviews, enhancing review authenticity and credibility.
