Roles & Responsibilities: Handling recruitment process for IT/ ITES. Interacting with the hiring managers & delivery for the requirement understanding. Using sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like Internal database, Job portals, internal referrals and Social media. Timely delivery of right kind resources & Head hunting of candidates on regular basis. Conducting interview & Screening the profiles suitability as per the requirement based on the Experience, Salary, Skills, Industry and Projects etc. Strategize the entire recruitment plan and ramped up the work force with multiple tools. Expertise in lateral hiring for Vanilla & Niche skills. Handling multiple skills and technologies.
Recruited and hired candidates in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements for multiple client companies. Manage entire interview process including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and final selection. Maintain existing relationships, developed new clients, negotiated contracts,and closed offers. Develop candidate and client base through cold calling, referrals, and recruiting. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources.
