Hi, I’m Pranav Gupta, a recent B.Tech graduate in Computer and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. I have completed a Software Engineering internship at BlackRock I am passionate about technology and enjoy working across the stack—from backend development to AI systems. My interests span microservices, generative models, and DevOps, and I actively seek opportunities to contribute to impactful projects while continuously improving my skills. During my internship, I’ve worked on deploying scalable backend services and supporting financial workflows, which has helped me develop a deeper understanding of real-world systems. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience with containerized deployments, predictive modelling, and system optimization. I am proficient in Java, Python, C++, and SQL, and I am always eager to take on new challenges that push me to grow. Beyond academics and development, I enjoy organizing hackathons, conducting technical workshops, and engaging with the tech community. I strongly believe in writing clean, efficient code that not only solves problems but also reflects a thoughtful approach to software design.
Shipped reliability and efficiency wins across our data ingestion stack this term: - Implemented content-based diffing by populating content_sha across Confluence, SharePoint, Unily, Google Drive, and Content Gateway to cut redundant processing - Fixed high-impact issues in ServiceNow, Confluence, and GDrive (missing fields, hash fallbacks, duplicate permission calls) - Validated via Grafana and OpenSearch, then rolled out safely from shadow mode to production - Removed legacy fingerprint fallbacks to make failures explicit and improve data quality - Expanded E2E coverage for Google Drive private content and uncovered webhook delivery gaps
