Strategic Planning Division partners with the respective business lines to prepare a long term business plan and execution paths to meet the institution's strategic goals. Establishes strategies for business development, including M&As, based on market research and competitor analysis. The division also collaborates with IT, developing and setting up appropriate systems to measure business performance.
