I am an Environmental & Water Resources Engineer with 3 years of experience working on the design and analysis of water systems across urban and basin scales. My work focuses on applying engineering tools such as hydrology, geospatial analysis, and system modeling to improve the planning and performance of water supply, drainage, and sustainable water systems. I am driven by the idea that water management should not only solve today’s problems but also build resilient and efficient systems for the future. I recently completed my MSc in Water and Sustainable Development at IHE Delft, where I developed a strong interest in water treatment processes, climate adaptation, and the application of Nature-Based Solutions. I am particularly interested in roles across water engineering, including drinking water systems, treatment processes, and climate-resilient water infrastructure, where data-driven insights can translate into practical and scalable solutions.
1. Supported global water & wastewater sustainability reporting across 170+ sites, improving consistency of reported data. 2. Coordinated data flows in line with GRI & CSRD standards, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting. 3. Updated reporting manuals and standards to strengthen alignment with sustainability practices. 4. Supported operating companies in reporting and implementation, enabling smoother adoption of water management practices. 5. Analyzed water and wastewater data to generate insights for improved management decisions.
1. Contributed towards the SpongeWorks EU Project, focused on implementing nature-based solutions to mitigate flooding and enhance climate adaptation. 2. Supported the Flood Risk Management Department in research and analysis. 3. Gained experience with flood hydrodynamic modelling tools
1. Representing IHE Delft on Goin’ Connect, a platform designed to help academically admitted students connect before arriving on campus. 2. One of three student ambassadors supporting and representing the institute to prospective and incoming students. 3. Answering questions and sharing experiences to help new students feel informed, welcomed, and connected.
1. Selected as 1 of 7 students from a cohort of 80 to provide structured feedback on the MSc in Water and Sustainable Development (WSD) programme. 2. Collaborated with the Quality Assurance team and MSc Programme Committee to evaluate modules, endorse curriculum improvements, and ensure accreditation standards. 3. Engaged in face-to-face discussions with faculty, offering insights on programme quality, student experience, and educational enhancements.
1. Conducted hydraulic and hydrology calculations for drainage design in highway projects across the Middle East and Africa, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) features like ponds. 2. Gained expertise in engineering design deliverables, civil general arrangement drawings, pipe longitudinal sections, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in compliance with industry standards. 3. Worked on a Dubai-based project involving five wet utilities (Storm Drainage, Sewerage, Water Supply, Fire Fighting, and Irrigation) and BIM modeling for these utilities.
1. Worked on GIS and its application in Water Resources Engineering 2. Applied basics of Arc-Hydro in water resources projects on Applications of GIS Technology
