Check all the fit sample and red seal sample before send to yhe buyer and dummy fitting also. Do pettren checking and correction fitting as per dummy fitting.and explain to pattren master make to correct measurement pattern. Do initial checking before start the bulk cutting if all think is ok then give cutting approval to vender. Then do online and mid line inspection as per the qty out put. Do final inspection as per the buyers AQL.and all report sent to buyer lotus mail and good comunicate with buyer.

Handling all final inspection with buyers qa/qc. Do internal size set checking when start bulk production then give cutting approval to production manager. Lookig the line for improve to the good quality and point out any defect in line and do online inspection at machine stage and avoid all type of major issues in bulk.other wise give washing approval and do mid line inspection in finishing dept.
