Over the past 20 years, I have worked across financial advisory, audit, and capital structuring, partnering with founders, leadership teams, and investors to support growth, manage risk, and strengthen financial performance. In my current role as Partner and Virtual CFO, I work closely with businesses on: Capital raising and transaction support, including structuring debt and equity Financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking Cash flow management and working capital optimisation Audit, compliance, and governance frameworks Due diligence, valuation, and investor reporting Key outcomes include leading a ₹105 crore (approx. AUD 19 million) capital raise, supporting significant revenue and profitability improvements, and delivering cost optimisation initiatives with measurable impact. Experience also includes managing multi-location teams and working with diverse stakeholders across sectors. Beyond core finance, involvement in sustainable finance through ISO Technical Committee 322 and active participation in the startup ecosystem have shaped a broader perspective on governance, policy, and long-term value creation. The focus remains consistent—bringing structure to financial decision-making, improving visibility, and enabling businesses to scale with clarity.
