As Associate Professor and Chair of the Management and Entrepreneurship Department at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, I combine rigorous academic research with practical business insights to shape the next generation of strategic leaders. With over 15 years of experience across academia and consulting, I bring a unique perspective to management education and organizational transformation. My research focuses on the intersection of entrepreneurship, gender dynamics, and digital transformation, with particular emphasis on women's entrepreneurship in challenging contexts. As a Research Chair member at Grenoble École de Management's FERE (Femme Et Renouveau Économique), I've published extensively in top-tier journals including the Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, VOLUNTAS, and the European Journal of Management and Business Economics. My work on workplace inclusion, AI integration in organizations, and humanitarian aid effectiveness has earned recognition, including the 2019 Emerald Publishing Literati Award for Excellence. In my role at USJ, I drive strategic initiatives as a member of the Quality Assurance Unit for AACSB accreditation and the Jesuit Examen Commission. I teach Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing, Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, while also delivering executive training programs for senior teams at global organizations through USJ's Centre de Formation Professionnelle.
