Architect and designer with more than several years experience in commercial, residential and industrial buildings, hotels and accommodation as well. With strong work ethic, detail-oriented, highly organized and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly in any working environment.
I have been working with local Bulgarian clients, taking part in all project phases, from design, technical and executions, to site supervision. The character of the projects is mainly local single-family houses and several projects in the retail business. Working for myself has been quite prolific for me, as it has facilitated my understanding of the entrepreneurship business. It has helped me accumulate vital experience and to develop a useful set of skills, especially in the field of marketing, advertising and client communication.
Taking part in the technical, execution phases as well as in the execution of selling plans for numerous types of projects in different regions of Belgium. Some of the projects include: a plethora of local housing developmental projects, luxury villas, blocks of apartments, reconstruction of existing buildings, office spaces and a couple of industrial buildings.
Being part of IPA's team, has been quite an developmental experience from both a professional and personal point of view. Some of the projects I worked include: - Industrial: The new ORBICO Bulgaria centre (Sofia) L, extension of Rollplast (Kostinbrod) L, Silos warehouse and Production of sunflower seeds (Parvi Mai/Sitovo) L, Intermodal terminal (Silistra) S, New Logistic and administration of ZORA (Bozhurishte) S, Extension of Shishe Jam and Trakya Glass Logistics and Production (Targovishte) S, JYSK DCB (Bozhurishte) J; - Hotels and accommodation: Grand Hotel Bulgaria (Sofia) S. - Conservation and Restoration project, Design project, Technical project, Supervision of Interior design project, BQ for Interior design project. Hilton Bulgaria (Sofia) S (Technical project, Supervision on site); - Residential: Multi-functional Centre J Point and J Point+ (administration, residential corpus, logisitics and printing centre/Sofia) L; - Healthcare: MBAL VIta - extension (Sofia) L, MBAL Saint Anna (Sofia) J, All ER centres for the District of Blagoevgrad, Kardzhali L. LEGEND: L - project leader, S - senior architect, J - junior architect. During this period I have elaborated my communication skills, while being an integral part of the coordination on several levels of expertise, such as: project management, BIM coordination, time management, etc. For all of the above-stated projects I have been occupied with careful site supervision and site coordination, including confirmation of all materials and building elements, regarding the architecture of the particular project.
I was able to participate in all of the phases of an architectural project from the architectural survey and participation in the preparatory and technical stages of the of the project, to supervision on site.
During these several months I learnt how important it is to preserve our culture and beliefs through time, by the means of architecture. I participated in several projects of conservation and restoration works some of which are : - the National Archaeological Museum in Sofia; - several of the Tombs in the Valley of the Great Thracian Kings etc.
