As an accomplished HR technology and transformation executive, I bring extensive consulting and financial services industry experience to the table, having successfully navigated organizations through global digital disruptions. My passion lies in re-imagining the colleague and customer experience by leveraging technology to its fullest potential. Throughout my career, I've held executive roles in HR shared services, professional services (outsourcing and consulting services) and HR/corporate technology. I have also been instrumental in developing and executing highly complex change management strategies for major corporate transformations involving technology. I've advised and collaborated with clients across diverse industries such as financial services, public sector, healthcare, telecommunications, and construction. I take pride in leading and managing large global operational and technology teams, overseeing projects and implementations with a focus on delivering results. Notably, I recently spearheaded one of the largest HR technology transformations to the cloud for a major financial institution in North America improving the colleague experience for over 100,000 colleagues and retirees.     Delivery Executive of TD Bank's HR Platform program, the HR Platform program is a multi year, global HR initiative replacing TD's current Peoplesoft HCM and Oracle Cloud Compensation, and recruitment system with Workday. The program is also implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and knowledge management across TD's global footprint replacing our legacy Oracle Help Desk solution.
