On Air Supervisor for Pay TV: supervising a team of 10 schedulers. Initiating training and providing support for development and motivation of my team. My current duties are to: • Co-ordinate work plans & staffing levels to ensure that resources are used to maximum efficiency • Check & log schedulers’ work & ensure TX logs are executed within deadlines (continuity, break patterns, promos) • Adhere to Ofcom, Russian & Polish regulations • Implement media planning strategies using audience demographics & campaign measurement • Assist the Promotables Planner Manager in creating media plans, makelists and all promo delivery • Manage all 3rd party channels & communicate delivery issues to scheduling • Commission promotional projects & use mediaflex systems to track & manage delivery of promotional campaigns • Check promos & supervise the QC process conducted by the Pay TV scheduling team
