Work closely with the senior management team to identify the current and future needs of the business and lead HR strategies, priorities and plans to ensure successful results Establish initiatives to drive performance management and partner with the Leadership team and line managers to create plans for employee development. Lead the annual appraisal process and facilitate the appraisal conversations. Provide inputs for policy revision and formulation backed by internal and external data. Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and lead the new HR initiatives Ensure effective employee connect by conducting surveys, skip level meetings, HR connect and building a fun at work culture by organizing various activities. Manage employee related issues like grievances, disciplinary etc using sound judgement and suggesting appropriate actions Analyse data to measure success and identify areas of improvement.
