-Enhancing the candidate experience (coordination, scheduling, post offer engagements, stake holder management) for the technical & non-technical positions. -Worked on more than 80+ job requisitions (product engineering, customer management, business planning & operations, field sales) - Actively involved in hiring drives and hiring events with more than 200+ candidates - Have scheduled more than 1700+ interviews both virtual & on site - Worked on leadership hiring - Closely working with hiring managers, directors, talent advisors & talent discovery partners in hiring -Hired candidates for more than 80+ job requisitions adhering to the SLA assigned to us. - Hands on experience on in dealing with the TA process in the ATS - workday, hackerrank & extensive use of zoom application for end-to-end scheduling of interviews. - Routine work on reports or data for the talent advisors to track the progress on Microsoft tools (majorly focusing on excel).
•Coordinating in hiring activities , hiring events and drives. . Working closely with hiring managers , recruiters & sourcers . Maintaining candidates database . APJ scheduling
