Product and operations for workatastartup.com, the hiring platform for YC companies. Helped founders accelerate growth of their teams and companies. Kept YC alumni connected with each other and their partners through targeted events and programs.
Worked closely with founders on operational buildout, implementing new internal processes, and modeling/projections for alternative meat production scale-up. (Lasso, fka Tender, is a Rhapsody portfolio company.)
Coached the MIT varsity women’s and open sailing teams, with an emphasis on new/up and coming sailor development.
