Asena worked at Sibanye Stillwater as a Human Resource Administrator. Previously at Talentrcu seconded to Standard bank. Given her proactive approach, she has excellent people skills and is well spoken and multi-lingual and is at that point in her career where she feels that she is ready to deliver real value in an organization where she can further grow her career and deliver real value to her prospective employer. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Physiatrics and Aestheticienne which she obtained at SA Beauty College in 2008. She completed her Human Resource Diploma at IQ Academy. Asena is a self- motivated, self -driven individual. As noted, she has over eight years’ experience within the Sales and Marketing, Recruitment environment and is now looking for growth development within a career developing position. With her determination and drive she would be great addition to a Human Resources team. She has won various recognition awards at Marcus Evans for the Best Sales Consultant during 2010, 2011, 2012 and achieved the same while at Virgin active during 2012, 2013 and 2014 (reaching targets of 75 membership sales). Since 2000’ she’s been a volunteer for a non -profit organization called “Words of Peace Global” which she is a Project Coordinator for the foundation.
