Greater Sydney Area
I've spent over three decades building brands and businesses across Europe, SE Asia, and Australasia - from launching Hendrick's Gin and Sailor Jerry into new markets, to establishing a trading subsidiary from scratch for one of the world's largest privately owned spirits companies. My career has taken me from market research at Duracell, through international brand management at Diageo and William Grant & Sons, into recruitment consultancy, and most recently into co-founding Human Leadership with Jacqui Pollock - an award-winning coaching and leadership development consultancy working with organisations including LinkedIn, Audible, and Lamb Weston. The thread running through all of it has been a combination of analytical rigour, strong stakeholder relationships, and an ability to operate effectively across cultures. As a tri-national (English, French, and Australian) who has lived and worked across multiple continents, I bring a natural sensitivity to diverse environments and a genuine curiosity about what makes people and businesses tick. At Human Leadership, I focus on the operational and research side of the business - designing 360-degree feedback processes, developing surveys, analysing data to support coaching interventions, and managing client engagement from proposal through to program delivery.
Partnered with Jacqui Pollock to re-launch her established coaching practice as an incorporated business, taking on responsibility for operations, finance, and client engagement. Built a global client portfolio including LinkedIn, Audible, and Lamb Weston - with 95% of business coming through referrals and a near 100% proposal success rate. Responsible for designing 360-degree feedback processes, developing pre/post workshop surveys, and analysing feedback data. Australian Achiever Award national winner 2020
