As part of the International Distributors team, I support marketing initiatives across four diverse regions: Greater Europe, APAC, MEIA, and LATAM. - Coordinated end-to-end organization, launch, and follow-up activities of Comms Campaigns targeted at all 60k employees of the company, including event organization, copywriting, SMM content creation (including design), stakeholder management and analytics. Average Net Promoter Score (NPS): >60. - Successfully coordinated end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, material preparation, scheduling, speaker management, and technical arrangements. - Managed a global Newsletter, reaching 10k employees, video channel, Intranet Hub and Internal Social Media Platforms. - Created and maintained the most visited internal hub (SharePoint) in the history of the company, with over 100.000 visitors in 24 months. - Transformed complex D&I concepts into clear, accessible content across different formats such as social media platforms. - Integrated D&I metrics into broader ESG reporting frameworks by partnering with ESG team on CSRD efforts. - Enhanced accountability by analyzing workforce demographics and D&I program effectiveness, using data to inform strategies. - Devised and delivered tailor-made educational workshops for various teams, as well as facilitated Group-wide events with up to 3.500 employees attending. - Managed executive communications for senior leaders on D&I topics, ensuring clear, impactful messaging that aligned with organizational values and strategic objectives.
