Operational Deployment of CSR Roadmap: - Define and monitor the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental policy objectives for both real estate assets and corporate matters, and implement subsequent actions. - Identify and integrate new regulations into the strategy, processes, and reporting of the real estate company. - Collaborate with the ESG committee emanating from the Board of Directors. - Design and deploy the company's biodiversity strategy. Regulatory and Governance: - Ensure the company's compliance with regulatory changes in collaboration with the Legal Department. - Develop and update strategic framework documents. - Participate in mandatory reporting of the company's sustainable development performance and its regulatory evolution. - Identify and implement improvement measures for priority CSR and ESG risks. - Prepare and support ESG committees of the Board of Directors and monthly CSR meetings with the Executive Management. - Stakeholder Dialogue and Network Animation Lead the ISO approach for dual ISO 9001 and 14001 certification: - Select and manage service providers. - Participate in awareness-raising actions and inform the Executive Committee and all employees about CSR and ESG strategies, their deployment, results, and evolutions. - Define and manage external CSR&ESG communication for the real estate company across various channels. - Enhance the company's visibility and support the organization of internal and on-site events. Employee Social Engagement: - Encourage employee participation in volunteering opportunities to foster a culture of social responsibility and community engagement. - Develop and promote initiatives that allow employees to contribute to societal causes, enhancing their sense of purpose and connection to the company's values. - Organise and support team-building activities centered around community service, reinforcing the company's commitment to positive social impact.
