Oakley Industries Company, LLC acquired the assets of Oakley Industries, Inc. Oakley Industries manufactured stainless steel tubing and electric heating element manufacturing equipment at facilities in Englewood, CO and Niles, IL. Mr. Morrison served as Oakley Industries' CEO during the term of Aerlig Capital's investment.

Member of the investment committee, head of the firm's New York City office, and head of the firm's Information Technology Infrastructure investment unit.
