‘Mine and Design’ evidence-based quality metrics with the mission of improving patient care for 14 divisions (inpatient; ambulatory; primary care and specialty care). Collaboratively work with healthcare professionals and IT staff utilizing EDW while providing excellent project management and technical support, synthesizing knowledge gained from end users; IT staff; and EMR tools. Create dashboards and reports for comprehensive population-based management, both disease and division specific. Integrate quality measures to support program management and strategic plans. Communicate real-time data to drive improvement in care.

Client Analytics Department: •Provide operational/analytic support to Medicaid Health Plan Clients. •Lead expansion implementation of client's member base from 150,000 to 300,000 members. •Implement new medicaid clients. •Reporting to all levels of client organizations: Executives, Analysts, Providers, Nurses, Finance Professionals, Auditors, IT staff. •Reports: Financial dashboards, Utilization and Managment, ER Usage, Newborns, Eligibility Issues, New Members, HEDIS, Regulatory, Behavioral, Rx. •Support call center activities - patient eligibility status/clinical milestones/provider information. •Resolve data issues effectively with internal staff, IT and external clients/vendors. •Provide support and leadership to junior staff.
•Provide operational/analytic support in conjunction with HDMS Account Managers Team to 'Employer' clients. •Oversee collation, processing, dissemination of monthly/quarterly data feeds for employer clients using SAS. •Comprehensive healthcare data knowledge: Eligibility, Claims, HRA, Disease Management, Dental, Vision, Lab , COBRA, Workmen's Compensation, and Disability. •Support adhoc client projects. •Participate in new client implementations. •Train and mentor new staff. •Interface with IT staff/data vendors to define required data formats and layouts. •Validate new data vendor sources.
•Provide quality control expertise in purchase, acquisition, and metric calculations using pharmaceutical claims data. •Ensure excellence in quality management surrounding administration of analytical reporting systems for Managed Markets.
