Currently leading a global, networked team of IT professionals to design, deliver and operate Finance Data & Analytics products at scale. Responsible for managing the delivery of solutions to senior business stakeholders and key decision makers within the organisation.
Building analytics solutions for Marketing & Sales leaders. In this role, I liase with key business stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and translate them into solution specifications, I manage several parallel development projects using both Waterfall and Scrum methodologies, and I am responsible to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions through my team of internal and 3rd-party IT developers.
Responsible for the positioning, roadmap and governance of the global analytics frontend toolset at Nestlé. The scope of this role covered both IT-developer tools such as BW BEx and Web Application Designer, plus business user 'self service BI' tools such as the Cognos and Business Objects suite. I was also responsible for creating user training materials, and delivering training to business users in both digital and classroom formats.
Built several data warehouse applications using SAS technology to automate audit and compliance checks, that were used during the audit of major clients in the Insurance industry.
Working in the Public Health Research team, I was responsible to support clinicians with data analysis. The statistical analysis was used by myself and colleagues to support several epidemiology and public health studies, in order to deliver better health services to the local community.
