• Lead the development and implementation of digital content strategies across print and digital channels, including web, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital advertising. • Design all gallery print projects, such as exhibition and art fair installations (including labels, vinyl, and wayfinding), marketing campaigns and related collateral (including emailers, invitations and advertisements), ensuring brand alignment and quality control. • Design sales materials, including preview PDFs, client-specific artwork renderings, mock-ups and presentations. •Create 2D & 3D digital models of exhibition layouts for gallery exhibitions and art fairs, collaborating with curators to visualise exhibition concepts and support the Operations Department. • Manage uploads, file renaming and server organisation, process legacy files. • Direct photography production, from commissioning and directing photoshoots to ensuring high-quality imagery for various channels. Manage the editing, retouching, and post-processing of all images, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistency across all outputs. • Direct videography projects, from initial concept and filming to post-production, creating engaging video content for various platforms. Manage all filmed documentation and liaise with filmmakers on shoot scheduling and logistics. • Schedule timeline of communications for each gallery exhibition, coordinating mail-outs and advertising for gallery exhibition announcements, non-gallery exhibitions and newsletters. • Manage Google Workspace Admin console and Business Profile. • Set up devices, accounts, and applications for new employees, providing training and support. • Advise on IT equipment, networking, and procurement of software and services. • Ensure IT systems run smoothly, coordinating troubleshooting and repairs with external providers. • Oversee information security, maintaining network and user protection in line with GDPR.
