Aeromedivac Commercial Pilot (SIC) – CSI Aviation Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) on King Air aircraft for aeromedical evacuation missions under Part 135 operations. Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in all phases of flight, including pre-flight planning, in-flight operations, and post-flight procedures. Pilot King Air aircraft on non-patient legs for aircraft repositioning and logistical support. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety protocols while operating in dynamic and sometimes challenging conditions. Coordinate closely with medical crews, dispatchers, and ground support personnel to facilitate efficient and time-sensitive patient transport. Maintain situational awareness in high-pressure environments, including night flights, adverse weather, and remote area operations. Conduct aircraft systems monitoring and performance checks, assisting in maintenance oversight and ensuring airworthiness. Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and effective communication within the flight and medical team. Complete flight documentation, logs, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
